Added partition individual entity stores: entity stores of different kinds and with different locations can be registered with a partition. if an entity´s partition matches an entity stores partition pattern, then the entity is stored with that entity store.
currently only a file system entity store is contained in the lounge repo package. it´s the one used so far as default. but by registering different instances with their own lounge repo path entities can be truely distributed accross hard disks and file shares.
other entity stores can be developed, though. they just need to implement IEntityStore - and then could store entities on FTP servers or in S3 or send them to some server via a web service.
